We accept payment by cash or personal check. Bowen Therapy is not currently covered by any health insurance that I am aware of but can be claimed as a tax deduction if your physician writes a prescription for my services. It is covered by Med Pay if Motor Vehicle accident related. I am happy to interface with any health care professional to whom you give written authorization for this purpose at their request.

Please note the first session is longer then a regular session to allow for the following evaluations:

• Basic Intake Information
• Range of Motion Evaluation
  
• Health History
  
• Current Problem/Pain Survey

The intial evaluation cost covers this extended time. There is a minimum of three visits required to give adequate time for the full effects of this therapy to work. If Bowen Therapy is to be useful, this trial period (one visit for three consecutive weeks) is a must. A maintenance program of once a month is recommended, but not required. Appointments are scheduled on a first come first served basis.

Fee Schedule for a 45 minute therapy treatment session will be as follows:

General $58.00

Seniors (60 and up) $55.00

Students (up to 18 years) $48.00

A package of three prepaid visits will still be offered for a discount as follows:

General: $155.00

Seniors (60 and up) $150.00

Students (up to 18 years) $140.00

New Patient Rates for all ages are as follows:

An Initial Evaluation of One Hour $65.00

Three Start Up Treatments (45 minutes) $150.00

Note: Patients seen by Doctors order and for varying treatment times are charged according to the required prescription and therapy protocol which may exceed the above fee schedule.

Therapy hours are:

Tuesday - 12 noon to 6 pm

Wednesday - 8 am to 6 pm

Thursday - 8 am to 8 pm

Friday - 12 noon to 5 pm

Saturday by Special Appointment Only.
